How long does an import/Export Permit take to be processed and what is its validity period?
We recommend for you to begin the process of getting this process started 18 – 20 days prior to your travels. Either you could do this directly with MOCCAE, or we could handle it for you. Upon receipt of all the required documents, we can get your permit ready within 1 business day. In the case that we are experience a high volume of pets flying in and out, or information/documentation pending from your end, this process could extended to 2 business days and the validity period of the permit is 30 days from the date of issuance.
