How much does the import permit cost?

MOCCAE documentation is based on category of pet entering the U.A.E along with the inspection fee. The permit fee for each pet is i.e. dog or cat is AED 500 per pet. The inspection fee of a cat is AED 500 while for a dog is AED 1,000 up on entry. This means that if you are bringing your cat in, the total cost for import fee would be AED 500 + 500 while for a dog it would be AED 500 + AED 1,000.
